Upcoming USC Program on Technology, IP and National Security – in DC

The USC Gould School of Law’s Center for Transnational Business and Law (CTBL) has organized a cross-cutting program on “U.S. Global Technological Leadership, Intellectual Property Rights, and U.S. National Security” which will be held Tuesday June 24, 2025 at the USC Capital Campus (1771 N Street NW, Washington, DC). 

I will be speaking on a panel on “The Key Role of Reliable IPRs and the Rule of Law in Promoting Global Technological Leadership,” with Prof. Adam Mossoff, Peter-Anthony Pappas (Director of IP Policy for U.S. Senator Thom Tillis), and Jamie Simpson (Council for Innovation Promotion).  

There are also sessions on Antitrust and National Security. The program includes such well-known speakers as Congressman Nathaniel Moran (R-TX), Andrei Iancu, and Dina Kallay. Registration is at Gould.law/CTLB-DC).    The agenda is available here
