At the Federal Circuit’s May 23 Global Dialogue program today, held in conjunction with the US Chamber, Chief Judge Rader announced that he will be stepping down as Chief Judge. According to press reports, he will stay on the court as a judge.
Judge Rader has accomplished much in China during these several years and I expect he will remain active in China.
