The Peterson Institute for International Economics, a leading think tank located at Dupont Circle, Washington, DC, seeks a full-time research analyst to work with Dr. Nicholas Lardy on projects on China’s economy.

Responsibilities include gathering information on issues related to China’s economy both in English and Chinese, collecting and analyzing economic data, producing charts and graphs for publication and presentations, and taking notes at meetings and conferences.

Applicants should have a solid understanding of international economics, a high level of Chinese language proficiency (especially reading), and attention to detail.

In addition to a resume and three references, applicants should also submit a recent writing sample.
